When Anil Kapoor primary announced he was bringing 24 to Indian small screen, I may perhaps almost smell the burning fuel from what did you say? I assumed would be a ginormous train wreck. It seemed like a vanity project, fuelled by Kapoor’s brush with the American version in which he played a major character in the show’s final season. And after he announced to he’d be live the Indian avatar of über agent Jack Bauer, I imagined visions of Bauer using a watch to good turn imperceptible all era things got hairy. Except right now, two episodes into 24 India, I engage in to admit, this train’s a crumb wobbly and the food’s not momentous, but it seems like it’s on track.
